Hello! My name is Sandi Magee. I used to be in pain all the time and unable to exercise due to the inflammation in my knee. 6 years ago I learned how to control my gut health and everything changed. I was able to complete multiple 5k's, The Crim, and a half-marathon. Since then I have been on a mission to help women feel their best with fitness, community, food, self-care and of course faith!
My desire is that I am able to help you reach your goals physically, but even more importantly, I want you to know how loved you are by your Heavenly Father! I can’t wait to guide you on your faith, health, and wellness journey.
